Screening & Monitoring Are Fundamental to Our Program and Critical to Our Success

As a member of The National Mentoring Partnership, we subscribe to the Elements of Effective Practice for mentoring. These elements present program fundamentals and policies that have proven effective in a wide range of existing mentoring settings.

  • To address the safety concerns of an online communications process involving children, we are using an effective mix of business and technology processes to protect all of the users and preserve the integrity of our product.

  • Our mentoring platform is intended to support an online professional relationship exclusively.

  • All email addresses and personal contact information is confidential and withheld from other users.

  • All messages occur through our Internet site.

  • Our technology solutions include algorithms that examine each message for conformity to our Code of Conduct. With our business and technology system, we are well positioned to preserve the integrity of our program.
