The
School Shares Program is a unique three-tiered plan to build
education-based alliances and realize our mission. Through School
Shares, schools can support the career development of youth by student
outreach, employee volunteerism, and consulting services. Schools may
participate in any or all of these roles.
Student
Outreach
The
success of our program rests with our ultimate customer, the student. If
the skills and talents of our NetMentors are not utilized by the
students, then we have no reason for being. We rely on our School Shares
members to assist us in reaching out to middle school and high school
students. Through alliances with administrators, guidance counselors,
and teachers, we work to voice our program and its benefits to students
nationwide.
Employee
Volunteerism & Consulting Services
Skilled
professionals are crucial to supporting our mission of mentoring
students. By marketing NetMentors.Org to a school’s own employees, we
gain the invaluable resource of recruiting new mentors. Consulting
Services include volunteer involvement of your employees in our planning
and design processes for business operations including marketing
programs. |
